Dr. Jacob Jensen
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine
Dr. Jensen was born and raised in Casper Wyoming. After graduating from high school Dr. Jensen served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bolivia where he learn Spanish. He considers it a privilege to be able to continue speaking Spanish with his patients here in East LA. After returning home from Bolivia Dr. Jensen attended Brigham Young University where he received his bachelors degree in exercise science. Dr. Jensen completed his medical training at Midwestern University in Arizona.
He has been in practice in Los Angeles for the last three years after completing his surgical residency at Chino Valley Medical Center. During his time in residency Dr. Jensen also focused on sports medicine and hindfoot reconstruction at Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital. Dr. Jensen has a special interest in limb salvage, amputation prevention, as well as flat foot reconstruction.
